Materials & Authenticity
Are your pieces solid gold?
Yes. Every gold piece we offer is crafted from solid gold, ranging from 9k to 24k, with the majority in 18k gold.
What is platinum?
Platinum is a naturally white, rare precious metal celebrated for its strength, durability, and hypoallergenic qualities. It is denser and more resilient than gold, making it an exceptional choice for fine jewelry. Most platinum jewelry is crafted in high purity, typically 850–950 platinum (85%–95% pure).
Are the gemstones natural?
Yes. All gemstones are natural unless otherwise specified in the product description.
Are your designer pieces authentic?
Absolutely. Every designer item we carry is guaranteed authentic.
Orders & Policies
Do you accept returns?
Due to the vintage and pre-loved nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and photos before purchasing. If you have any questions, we are always happy to assist prior to checkout.
Do you offer resizing?
Yes, resizing is available for many of our pieces. Please contact us for a personalized quote. The typical turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks before shipment.
Do you offer layaway (payment plan)?
Yes. Layaway is available on all pieces priced above $250 CAD. A 20–25% non-refundable deposit is required to begin. Remaining payments may be made bi-weekly or monthly. Payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another item. You have up to 12 months to complete your payments. Once fully paid, your item will be shipped to you. Only one item can be on layaway at any given time. Please contact us to arrange a layaway plan.
Can I request additional information about a piece?
Of course. We are happy to provide additional photos, videos, or further details. Simply reach out through our Contact page, and we’ll respond promptly.
Shipping & Processing
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days.
For resized items, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks before shipment.
How do you ship orders?
Canada & USA:
All orders include tracked shipping. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
For our U.S. customers, duties are covered by us — there will be no additional fees upon delivery.
International:
We ship worldwide starting at $25 CAD. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

How should I care for my vintage jewelry?
Everyday Wear:
Solid gold is durable and designed to last, but vintage pieces should still be handled thoughtfully. Remove jewelry before heavy activity, swimming, or applying lotions and chemicals.
Cleaning:
Clean gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive materials.
Storage:
Store pieces separately in soft pouches or lined jewelry boxes to prevent scratches.
Gemstones:
Natural gemstones can be delicate. Avoid extreme temperatures, ultrasonic cleaners, and strong cleaning solutions.
