18k yellow gold. Size 5.5, sizable. 4.3g. No carat stamp for stones. There’s a minor nick on the center ruby, not visible unless under magnification. Diamonds are near colorless, eye-clean. All stones have minor scratches only visible under magnification. Front band faces 4.8mm in width.
